These pads are made from a special eco-friendly mix of bamboo + recycled kozo fibers yielding papers highly desirable in Japan for sumi ink painting. Pages are unsized (aka 'waterleaf') and thick at 250gsm allowing for a bit of organic 'bleed' of the inks as they quickly absorb into the soft bamboo page...Available in 3 sizes / each with 15 sheets. 100% crafted at Awagami Factory, Tokushima, Japan.
