This hand-built Japanese "Su-geta" papermaking mould is used for making traditional style washi paper and is comprised of 2 pieces: A wood GETA mould that is made from 'Hinoki' Cypress coupled with a screen or SU made from woven bamboo strips. Sugeta measures 36 x 27.5cm
